My Christmas Gift to Y'all

Merry Christmas, everyone!

For Christmas, I'm sending y'all my recipe for hot non-alcoholic wassail, just in time for YOUR holidays! I hope you enjoy it. You can make it as organic/healthy/fresh squeezed as you want, or buy bottled juice. I make it in a huge stock pot. It makes a lot.

8 quarts apple cider
24 oz pineapple juice
24 oz orange juice
4 cups lemon juice
4-12 sticks cinnamon (I like it cinnamony)
3 teaspoons whole cloves
2 cups raw honey (or to taste)

Simmer all day- it makes your house smell wonderful!

I have made this in a huge percolator coffee pot that services 30 cups or more. I don't like it as well because you can't stir it and the heavier stuff sinks to the bottom. This makes the cider syrupy near the end of the day. So make it in a stock pot and stir it before you ladle some out.
