What I do for the 5-Day Cleanses is to consume the whole bottle of tincture in the five days. There are approximately 90 droppersful in each two ounce bottle, so I divide that up, increasing the "recommended" dosage so that I'm taking about eighteen droppersful a day of each combination tincture. Stretching it out to 7 days is another reasonable approach.
