Yes I had adrenal fatigue and hypoglycemia before I became pregnant. I have been doing ok. Better then what I thought I would be doing. When I had morning sickness though I did not do well and everytime I vomited I would get all dizzy and have swings in my sugar.

This is my second child and I am very scared because I remember how hard labor was with the first one. The first one I had an epidural eventually but until I got it I remember it being the most excruciating pain that I think can be known to man.

I would not worry about that happening with you because I think the fact that the nurse made me lay flat on my back during the labor greatly exagerrated things.

Just do what your body tells you to. If it tells you to scream then scream and if it tells you to get up and walk around then do it. I heard that if you allow your body to take over instead of your mind then it will do what it was created to do and labor will be more pleasant then if you are scared and are being told what to do by everyone else.

I am hoping my body stays strong during labor and delivery and after that is what worries me more then the pain itself.
