Re: Exercise

James, my daughter is a personal trainer with lots of nutrition and natural healing knowledge. She would tell you to start very, very slow. Just a few steps if that is what you can do without being down for days. And increase once a week or so. Drink lots of good clean water and off you go. Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegs too. If you are not used to eating those fresh foods you may want to go slow there at first too. They are very cleansing. Little or no red meats is best for healing and just a little chicken and fish if you are inclined to have meats. Stay away from ALL processed foods, no boxed, bleached, chopped molded foods. Only whole grains no white bread, pasta, rice etc. Eating this way will nourish your body whick is needed for healing. One more thing..I encourage you to get started on superfood and you can get that from Tyler here. And Dr. Schultz's cleanses are good too.

I have a rebounder that is so good for cleansing the lymph system. You could bounce a little a each day or a little a few times each day. They have rebounders that have balance grips too.

Well..James this is certainly more information than you asked for but once I got started I just had to tell the whole story.

Good health is there for you if you are willing to work for it.

Sharon
