Re: Another Must-Read from Donna!
Hi Donna,
I would have responded sooner, but
when I read your planned daily
schedule, I had an irresistible
impulse to take a nap. You wore me
out!
It's hard to believe just how FAR
you've come in only 45 days. Talk
about an Extreme Makeover! If the
schedule permits, you ought to throw
a BIG party, dress in a stunning new
outift, and let a friend drive you
up to your house, while John preps
the guests inside for the appearance
of his Healing Partner. I, for one,
would gladly buy the videotape of
THAT entrance! Maybe
Dr. Schulze will drive you. And Paulette should
be right up front, with your children and closest friends.
Ah, me! I get carried away. We all
love happy endings. And though you're just beginning Act II, there's no longer any doubt how this
movie will end. You're going to be
healed completely, the first person ever to heal herself of this kind of
muscular dystrophy. You know that,
I know that, and most importantly,
your immune system knows that.
I like all the ingredients in your
daily itinerary. One caution, though. Don't feel locked in to what
you write down, and don't feel
disappointed on days when you have to jettison some of the planned
activities. Yes, be organized; but
be spontaneous, too. Remember Owen's
mantra: trust your intuition. I'd
leave some empty space on each day's
schedule for....whatever seems
important at THAT moment. The Girls
will give you directions.
I think the most moving part of your
story will come late in Act III,
when you, Donna, healed and whole,
begin teaching others on a large
scale, how to be healthy and happy.
That's the Door I see you striding
through with confidence and clarity
and power. I, for one, plan to stay
tuned.
Thanks for another exciting update.
The best is yet to be. And now, you
know that for sure.
Blessings,
Owen
