Incurables Program, Day 22
Dear ones:
Yesterday John had a breakfast meeting with one of the doctors he works with (he's the health services manager for an occupational health clinic). He was telling the doc about some of the things I was doing. She was ALL for it! It turns out that she uses "manipulation" for her patients with muscle conditions to improve their circulation. Plus it turns out that another doc in the clinic is 100% vegan and juices, takes supplements, etc. She runs the triathelon!
Doc #1 told John to tell me to tell y'all to tell everyone (how's that for communication? LOL) to get women off their extra iron. You know how the old school was for women to take extra iron to boost their hematocrits because of the risk of anemia due to the female cycle. New studies are popping up all over now that extra iron in the form of mineral supplements are linked to heart and circulation problems in older women! I'll ask John to ask the doc for documented studies so you can refer those who need that type of thing to them.
I'm trying to determine what my life is going to look like with the implementation of this new health protocol. This is what I'm thinking for my evening routine:
3:30 PM School's out, take juice/SF, sunbathe while grading papers
4:00 PM Straighten the house, vacuum, featherdust, empty trash
5:00 PM "Fix" dinner & set table, take juice
6:00 PM Vegetarian dinner (until someone complains that they miss meat LOL)
6:30 PM Clean kitchen, mop floor, laundry
7:00 PM Walk (works till DST ends, then I'll walk @ 3:30 & grade papers now)
7:30 PM Water or tea, children's baths/straighten bedrooms/lay clothes out for tomorrow, start tomorrow's meals
8:00 PM Family worship
8:30 PM Children's bedtime, read with Dad till 9, I prepare for school tomorrow, computer work, emails, etc. Finish teas.
9:00 PM Pray for children, lay out clothes, skin brush, hot/cold shower, bubble bath, personal grooming, massage with oils, read Bible, deep breathing, pray.
10:30 PM Lights out!
Today John's at the church doing maintenance work and later he's helping a couple at church move into their new house. I'm going to clean the house as much as I can on top of
juicing and making a new pot of potassium broth. Plus the children want me to show them how to make granola! LOL
Have a blessed weekend!
