Incurables Program, Day 8

Dear ones,

I turned the first corner on this Program. Enough sentiment. Tonight, I do the infamous Cold Sheet Treatment!! (sounds from Psycho in background- vreep! vreep! vreep! vreep!)

I burn my *%$& tonight.... LOL

I've had 7 all natural deliveries- that's level 10+ pain, folks. Five of them were home births. Preparations look somewhat similar. This is just a delivery of a different kind- still good!

The funeral is today. We're quite involved with it. John is singing. Francis (the deceased)was his vocal coach. There will be hundreds of people there as this couple have been long time community leaders. I won't post again until tomorrow.

BTW, the lemon-aide flush for kidneys and bladder is delicious and fun with a whole dropper of cayenne tincture in it. I'm LOVIN' cayenne!
