Bob-IF#1 question

Hi Bob,
I have taken a product almost identical to IF#1 for 2-3 years. It makes me go once or twice each morning when I take 2 or 3 with dinner. I am going to get the IF#1 next time I order. I also have done the #2 regimine several times. However, I still need IF#1 type product. My question is this:
I recently bought Dr.Christopher's Lower Bowel formula. But I have to take 6-10 to get the same results as I do with IF#1. I am not certain which one to continue with. I read all the time how senna is dangerous. So I dont know if I am better off taking IF#1 with senna or a higher quantity of LB formula with out senna.
Just curious your opinion and also why Shcultz would not have a LB formula if Dr Christopher endorses that it is designed to "fix" the underlying problem.
