Superfood for Dogs?

I am a new member of Curezone and trying to learn fast.

It has been previously posted that superfood is good for dogs. Sorry, but I am confused. I thought dogs were carnivores?

If veggies help, I'll try the stuff on my 10 year old Akita. She has been suffering from Arthritis pain lately. The vet's meds don't seem to work all that well. Also tried aspirin with limited success. Thanks in advance.
