I would also make sure all cafeeine and soda drinks are elimanted form diet/ and if planning an outign and worried/ cut back on fluids about ah hour before you leave.... drink a coupel glasses of cranberry juice a day
and don't drink within an hour at leas tbefore bedtime.. sicen kidney work best at night/ you willhave less fluid in the moring to have to release...
don't dehydrate your sel ftho... drink plenty good water whenat home and on outings intke jstu enuff in sips to to satisfy a thirt keep you hydrated...
