was reading instructions

says on bottle #1 to only start with one a day and increase gradually til desired outcoem is met...
desired out coem beign having 3-4 movements a day or good overall eleimanation..
it also says to discontinue if loose wateyr stools, abdominla pain or diareahha so if he is havign thsoe ..
i woudl say bakc down ont eh doseage for sure..
was he havign same problem on one tab a day?
I am jstu taking one at night and I knwo if i took 2 it woudl put me into a loos estool mode/
