When did you do your flush? What were your first foods after. Did you use Dr. Clark's flush with Epsom Salts ?

I always feel bloated for a couple of days after a flush. I just finished one last night and yah, I am bloated. I have no pain though. How big were your biggest stones?

For my first meals I eat light with little or no fats. Consider the cleanse a surgery without the knife, your liver and gallbladder may need a rest for a while.
