"Lite" oil for flush OK?

I saw "lite" oil at the grocery store and almost bought it for my flush but noticed that it was more like water than oil when I tipped the bottle upside down. The "lite taste" advertisement on the side of the bottle sold me but didn't get it because I wasn't sure if it would work in a flush. Anyone try "lite" oils and get good results?
