OK, I think I'll do this sooner than the monthly intervals I planned. Thanks for the advice. Just read that your Morrocan friend said they use the oil method there. As an alternative, Morrocan friends of ours recommend wading out into the sea to chest level and then drinking as much as you can to cure/clean out everything. I imagine it does too! Tweet
