1st flush over/update

well i am finished my first flush, it was okay i guess, i had no problem with the Epsom Salt drink as long as i drank it fast i only gagged a little lol, the OO/GF was ummm not great at all but i managed to get it down, at about 2:30 am i woke up quite nauseated but as long as i laid still it was managable but not fun, in the morning i drank the salt drink was feeling kinda weak so laid down again when i got up later i was feeling fine :) I was a little concerned as i did not got to the bathroom at all until noon i was wondering if this was going to work at all, but once i started i was going non stop for a while not a lot tho, i did see some small tan things and quite a few green pea looking things some small some bigger than a pea. i quess this flush was okay i was kinda disappointed i think i was hoping for much more.
