Do you have to do epsom salt, or is there a better alternative

I have done the flush twice with good results just wondering if there was a substitute for the Epsom Salts . I have seen certain flushes that don't even use the Epsom Salts they just take the olive oil and lemon juice the night before. I am going to be doing a flush soon any recommendations for this.
