Not having any good answers, I didn't respond to your post when I first read it. I guess a lot of women have hot flashes going thru menopause but even tho I am well past menopause, I had no experience with hot flashes. I have read that a deficiency in magnesium can cause night sweats. Are you taking any supplements? probiotics? along with your cleanses? My neighbor said that eating some coconut oil, the cold pressed,virgin kind, helped ease her hot flashes. Not gone, just not so intense. Having read a lot of forums, (I spend too much time lately doing that) I find there are people doing flush #21 and still seeing stones. I do think you are doing the right thing by flushing and it can only make you healthier. Sorry I can't be of more help. Hang in there and keep looking for answers. Omie
Oh, would a table fan blowing across your bed keep you cooler and more comfortable? I run my fan 24/7. Just a thought.
