flushed last week definite improvement in health

Most notably my upper right quadrant (arm rotator cup
feels great. Flushed last saturday after a 4 day water apple juice diet.
Did an experiment yesterday. Had a some really oily food
for about 5 min. then waited for the enivatable attack
waited.10min, 20, 30 1 hour. nothing. some slight pain in my lower right side and my middle back is still terible
but i did not have to hold my gut for 30 minutes as ususal.
Though my back is bad i refuse to take any more pain killers. i now know after 20 years of this i am on the road to recovery. have lost ten pounds in the last two weeks and am going to continue to eat sensibly.
Looking foward to a flush.
I cant believe i feel results in less than a week.

My stones were black and some were pitch black inside some
were yellowish inside. all were chalky.
5 years ago i went for an employment medical. they call me back with some concerns about a liver enzyme on the blood work being high. doctor did a visual on me and said i was
fine. These were all signs that we get on the road to an
ailment and we just cover them with pain killers
