Your candida problem is probably in your gut. No matter how hard you work on treating your vaginal area, it's going to come right back until you kill it off in your intestines. I have a friend that has your same situation, and I had chronic UTI's until I started going to an immunologist and realized my problem was in my gut.

You'll find lots of suggestions in this forum on how to treat intestinal candida. Step no. 1 is to change your diet. All this will sound a little hard and drastic at first, but it really works, it's doable and it's so wonderful to be freed from being sick all the time! Starting by staying away from all sugars and alcohol. Yeast LOVE and thrive on sugar, so this step is critical to getting them under control.
