Yes it is part of a bigger plan. I'm looking for a good deal on oral chelation therapy. I can't do any cleanses because I have no colon and the cleanses seem to be very hard on the digestive system. So I am trying to go with an easier-on-the-body-route. I have also started exercising 3 times a week, doing 1 detox bath a week and scbrubbing my skin every night.
I'm doing it slow and easy, but just changing my diet I noticed a difference: less brain fog, easier time relaxing, less sinus congestion, more energy.
