I agree with you that Andreas has a great approach to candida - I have one of his books and have communicated with him on this matter. Like you say candida isn't the problem merely a symptom. And anti-fungals aren't the solution.

But saying it and knowing it is one thing. But actually doing it is another. I was just wondering if you had any additional insights about following this method.

If ever you have the time, please make a post about your experiences. I'm sure many people will benefit from your advice.
