Repairing leaky gut

Hi all,

I've come to the conclusion that I'll never get rid of my brain fog without repairing my leaky gut.

Even if my candida retreats, food particles and other toxins leaking through my intestines into my bloodstream will still be causing it.

What supplements can we take to repair a leaky gut? Someone mentioned Colustrum. Is there anything else you guys can suggest?
