Neat! :) I love Ayurvedic medicine. :) It's one of the few modalities that recognizes that there are different body types. I'm totally a Vata and all my imbalances are Vata, so knowing how to balance them is pretty easy.

I think it's much tougher to be a Pitta and have digestive upsets, as most digestive upsets are Vata-oriented and so you need to do a few Vata type things to help yourself even if you're Pitta. I have a list of things to do for digestion (page 12 or 13 in my forum) but most would upset Pitta. Fennel tea and rhubarb are okay.

Garlic can become an allergan when you're candida-challenged with leaky gut, so try avoiding it completely for 1-3 months then reintroduce it cooked and see how you do! :)
