Doesn't Keffir have alcohol in? Personally I steer clear of any alcohol containing products. My liver has been metabolising alcohol from the candida for 3 years. I think it could do with a break.
On an (un)related note I read recently that there is a strong link between alcohol containing mouthwashes and oral cancer.
As for the quality of Keffir - I have no knowledge on this matter.
