Read the Dr Huldas Liver cleanse. It is (in my opinion) the most simple and effective cleanse out there... I saw stones come out of me that were terrifying... Especially when moderm medicine tested me and said everything was A.. OK!.....

There are other ND's etc claiming that they have modified Liver Cleanses that are better.. I saw what I saw and the Huldas liver cleanse does fine. Its so cheap as well. No gimicks etc. You can get the items at a grocery store and the Epsom Salt at a drug store.
