If you have candida, chances are you'll have cravings for sweets for ALL those reasons. ;) I can tell that it's hypoglycemia simply by chalking up the number of grams of protein and complex carbs I've had that day, and of course if I've cheated and had a sweet, I tend to crash a bit afterwards.

Bentonite helps take out toxins, reducing the load on the liver and lymphatic system. Helps you feel better as you get clean. Getting clean brings on a healing crisis, or Herximer effect. Very annoying symptoms but also a good sign of actual improvement.

Don't know about the skin test; saliva test seems accurate enough, and it's free! :)
