Re: To Garcia - Re-antifungals are useless

Ladywear - I've been taking Primal Defense for about a week now and in my year long fight with candida, nothing has even come close to matching the potency of this. Not to put to fine a point on it - I'm crapping it out of my rear end. No antifungal can do that.

The only thing which came close to PD was the friendly yeast S. Boulardii (which is one of the ingredients of PD & threelac). Only I was taking mega doses then and still not getting as good results as with PD.

Anti-fungals are useless. Diet is useless (to a point).

The only strategy that I can think of is to displace the candida with PD. Then do cleansing to strengthen the body's natural defenses.
