I would report that to a better business bureau or some kind of professional board. I don't know if a Chiropractor should be giving things to a store to sell on the shelves. That is a bummer, and I guess there is no satisfaction there. There may be a state run consumer fraud hotline in your state. Try calling there, or try calling the police to report them. They may blow you off, but then again, they may have other items in their store that are less then sellable. Was there no label? That may be illegal as well, or the company may not be on the up and up. If you are comfortable, what state are you in? I'll look into it for you.
