Re: Shelleycat...Bitters

Hiya Nicole!

I read through the ingredients for Swedish Bitters awhile back and they are effective for some body types but not all. Not all of the compounds make sense in fact - the first ingredient, which means the largest ingredient, is soybean oil. Why? To induce bile? Olive oil would be a much cleaner oil for that. Sounds like they were trying to save money! And then both Palm Oil and Hydrogenated Coconut oil? Beeswax? Weirdness.

Senna Leaves - that's a laxative, and forms dependency.

Chinese Bitters is designed to help the liver and only the liver, a major concern for everyone, especially candida people. If you want a substitute for CB then go for Bupluerum Liver Cleanse, which is only 9 bucks for a small bottle. That and pancreatic enzymes and regular doses of Olive-Oil would probably be money better spent than on Swedish Bitters.
