On the subject of CoQ10 I would find one which comes in an oil base. Either that or remember to take it with oil as Q10 is oil soluble so needs oil for transportation to the cells.

Udo Erasmus produces a good quality enzyme. Also Biocare (the one I use) produce a powerful one called Polyzyme Forte. Digestive enzymes vary a lot in potency, but it is easy to tell from the ingredients how much of each enzyme they contain.
