I would like to offer a great Green food suggestion.

Dr Schulzes SUPERFOOD is wonderful!!

I personally would take Threelac for candida and Oxygen elements for the Oxygen.
Some may disagree but this is what cured my overgrowth. I had candida for at least 4 1/2 yrs BAD but think I might of had it lighter for years. I took alot of Antibiotics as a kid and even in my adult years for strep throat.

A very good probiotic I like is Jarrowdophilious EPS.
