The Master Cleanser by Stanley Burroughs recommends a salt water intestinal/bowel wash. I have done this before and it works great! If mixed correctly as described in the book (do a google search, the whole book is online or buy the book at Amazon), the salt water cannot be absorbed into your blood stream and washes out through the intestines and colon, bringing with it, lots of accumulated wastes through a liquid bowel movement.

It is very important that you read the book before doing the salt water wash. You need to understand what you are doing and how to make it successful. Details are important!
