Genoflor-E vaginal tablet contain lactobacillus acidophilus with small amount of oestrogen. So it is better use soon after menstrual period. Before you use it you have to use some anti fungal vaginal cream for about 6 to 12 days. You can buy it in pharmacies.( before that, I cannot made sex for about 6 months, now ok)
As for me I used Mecinazole vaginal cream for 16 days followed by Genoflor-E 2 tabs per night for 12 night. At the same time, I take candida diet, Three lac like medicine per oral, and Amphotericin B oral tablet 2 tablets 4 times daily.
