You gave me e-mail few months ago i tried to write to U but i got some problems sending e-mail.
I tried the diet U suggest to me - only veggies and meat and oatmeal ( i can't tolerate it :( (oatmeal)
I read your post on curezone that U r well now.
Did u do anything else? Or just this diet in long term?

Diet is helping me a little but i'm really bored of it. If i eat something else i'm sick.So i eat only veggies with meat and turkey. I'm hopeless. This is my fird or fourth christmas in a row when i'm fighting candida. I'm very constipated - 1bm for 3-4 days. So i do enemas. I drunk a lot od pau'd arco. It was helping me a little with my brainfog but that's all. Also tried Colloidal Silver - was working but the same situation - in a long term it didn't do much. I would like to try hydroxy peroxide but in my country i can find only 3% :(
I'm thinking about colonics but they are very expensive for me. Don't know what to do now. I read shelleycat posts about candida and her plan looks so easy. But i just can't eat any carbos :(( in about hour or two i've got heart palpitation and brain fog. i Would like to rice and oatmeal but i just can't ...

I know U were in similar situation. Maybe u could suggest me something? What should i do? What is helping u now?
