Re: Kidney Infection During Pregnancy

Hi, I had a kidney infection during the last trimester, the doctor gave me some pills which made my urine a bright dark red/orange it got rid of the back ache and was not supposed to pass on to the baby, I did not take anti biotics just drank alot and took cranberry pills and this worked for me. Wish I knew the name of the prescription, that was several years ago. Hope this helps. I also took echanacia during all stages of pregnacy whenever I was fighting something. I had no ill effects myself.
