You may not want to hear this one, but my immumologist says the most important thing I can do for myself is sleep :) Candida damages your immune system, and a stressed immume system does not allow you to sleep well. However, when you sleep is when you heal and when your immune system heals. When you sleep, you're immune system gets replenished so you cannot truly recover without sleep.
Supplements that I take that also help quite a bit with the fatigue are a glutathione builder, glutamine and magnesium. (I should add, perhaps, that I have Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome from the candida.) Part of the reason you're tired is that you're body isn't getting the nutrients you need from what you're digesting, so supplementing with multi-vitamins, B's and antioxidants is also important.
