That's a sure sign of a congested liver, and it totally makes sense that it would happen after you eat oils and fats, not sure why the probiotics tho except that it stirs up the microbes which can have a lot of different affects.
Have you done a gallbladder/
Liver Flush yet? Candida really stresses out the liver, so it's important to cleanse and tonify it.

I take Chinese Bitters now, and I found a good herbal compound at my health food store called Planetary System's Liver Support. It has bupluerum, milk thistle, etc. Great stuff.
It also helps to supplement with MSM as sulphur helsp your body detox and metabolize toxins, and pancreatic enzymes so you can digest fats and proteins better.
