"round" feet. Any ideas??

I hate my doctor... Nice start, eh?
For the last month I have very numb hands. The finger tips especially.. Can't do many thigs anymore as well and it's even painful sometimes. Tried to knit, type- makes it worse.
The mornings are the worst.
No, it's not corp. tunnel syndrom. I think it's something wrong with circulation. On top today I felt my feet started to change size and shape. They look scary round and swollen, and ankles too.
My doctor said he wasn't a neurologist, didn't think I needed U.sound to look at placenta and ambilical cord circulation so I'm a bit out of options...
