Mormon or Navajo tea grows all over the southwest, and when you make the tea its ephedra that gives you the 'kick'. the whole ban hasn't concerned me much...

The problem with yohimbe is the alcohol when combined with certain other herbs (usually though only when you extract them yourself because it come out much stronger than the dilutes sold). If I remember its got to do with combing it with MAO-Inhibitors.

Females should not use any Ginseng formulas unless it is Siberian Ginseng (which is not in the same genera botanically as Ginseng), unless an herbal practitioner strongly advises it. Its got to do with the hormone thing that its not my place to describe.
But men do have their cycles too...

ANYWAY Still looking for more herbs that people have used....
