Not knowing details....guessing.... a particularly large penis could have done it or a vagina not quite ready for sex/ not enough foreplay or too vigorus sex or too dry or an allergy to Tampax type suppositories or a mild infection. If you continue to spot day after day, please see a specialist...so you'll know for sure.
