Most likely an e-coli infection b/c that is the bacteria most commonly found in the intestinal tract. Yes, see a doctor and always wear a condom during anal sex-then discard and use new one if switching to vaginal. You may also get a bladder infection with this. Additionally, he may get a bladder infection too...sorry for the bad news. Get some Antibiotics !
