First, congrats on your pregnancy. That's a question I've asked myself. I was taking some high quality prenatal supplements but stopped when I began cleansing. Now, although I'm trying to conceive I don't know whether to just use 2tbs of Superfood daily or go back to the prenatal supplements (they didn't make me sick, but I found them more difficult to digest and my urine was bright yellow). The problem is the Superfood label is not clear on folic acid. If I were pregnant I would just take a folic acid supplement to be safe and continue with the Superfood.
