I would recommend juicing with dark leafy greens and beets to help rebuild the blood. In addition I would pick up Plantation Blackstrap Molasses. It is the way to supplement Iron naturally. A couple of tablespoons in the a.m. and another couple later in the day and you are close to 100% of the RDA with that alone without constipation and with a good adsorption rate.
