Hi Vtool,
Math was never my strong suit. I don't know what Maca is, powder or liquid but I take one teaspoon of powdered MSM and it is 5 grams. I also take one teaspoon of powdered Vit. C and it is also 5 grams. There are one thousand mcg in a gram. That's the extent of my knowledge. :) Hope this in someway helps. Omie
