Unusual PMS, can anyone help with advice?

Hello, I have a question regarding my this month's PMS. I never had much of PMS, maybe some moodiness. In connection to hormonal treatements (contraception), I did experience some nipple and areola tenderness. But this month I am in real breast pain that seems sometimes to be concentrated to the outer sides of my breasts, sometimes just shoots through the whole thing. I also for whatever reason cannot stand the smell of peanut butter. Now, I MIGHT have had a miscarriage last month that could cause my hormones to go crazy, but I also remember that I couldn't stand the peanutbutter either. But I don't think I am pregnant this month, since I am missing the other signs from past month (exhaustion, nausea, watery vaginal discharge). So, the question is... is this a normal PMS and I shouldn't worry about it or should I get a doc appointment, or what should I do? I am also EXTREMELY irritable, almost to the point when I cannot control myself this month.. and it's really driving me nuts. Thanks!
