Twitching type cramps on first day of period

Any simple remedies for this? No herbal remedies or anything since I can't get anything within the next 24hrs.

It's weird. I get twitching, muscle contractions down there almost everytime I exhale.

Heating pad and relaxing isn't helping. seems tomake them contract more. Tweet
