please someone help me!

hi,
i just started to get my period and so far i only had it twice and it has almost been a year since i last got it.....I am also taking medicane for my arthris and the medicane is called methotrexate 2.5mg tablet and i take it 6 times one day a week...could that be a reason why? or is there something else wrong?please some email back about this!
