I suffered from PMS and painful menses since I was 12. I tried almost every type of over the counter pain pill there is. I even tried a drug administered by a gynecologist but stopped because of the side effects.
Sometimes it seemed like I was in labor because the contractions were that strong. I also experienced, back ache, leg pains, nausea and vomiting from time to time. It was awful.
I found that if I drank camomile tea a week or more before my menses on a daily basis, I did not experience cramps. I also found that when I did relaxation exercises regularly, that helped. Also, when I started coffee enemas as part of my cleansing regimen no matter what else I did nor did not do, I did not have cramps.
If I take a coffee enema once before my period, if I feel mild discomfort, I am feeling alot. Sometimes I forget I am having my period!
