I'm a smoker too. I've been waiting for the need to decrease, and I'm hopeful that it will. We are in a process of regaining control over our health right now, but I understand how we need our sources of comfort. You can do it, but don't be too hard on yourself right now. Like the pros in here say: Take it one day at a time, and be proud of what you have accomplished thus far. When you're ready to quit, you will! We're all here for you.
