How do I go about getting tested from Bowen? I read on their site your doctor has to call? We can't just order a kit and get tested ourselves like Igenex??

PS - what does CDC positive mean? I really wanted to get tested for co-infections too. Does Bowen have one standard test for lyme?? I had the ELISA and Western Blot showing all bands last year but they were both at Quest Labs and were both negative.
